Transition From BenefitHelp Solutions to ASIFlex

BenefitHelp Solutions stopped processing Flexible Spending Account claims for State of Oregon participants on December 21st, 2007.  ASIFlex anticipates that it will begin processing claims on January 4th, 2008.

 

If you submitted a claim to ASIFlex, it is being held until we are able to start processing claims.  If you have questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact our customer service center at (800) 659-3035, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday.
